A WORD OR TWO FROM ME
by Karen E. Jarosz ( Karen@lonekeep.com )
------------------------------------------------------------------
Thanks to Nick of Home Improvement Guide for sponsoring this issue.
It is a great resource if you are looking for home repair or remodeling!
I can't believe that it is almost the end of August!! Before you know it
the leaves will be changing color and there will be a chill in the air!
I always have mixed feelings at this time of the year. I am sad because
I will miss the lazy feeling of summer and the sunny days but I look
forward to the cool evenings and leaves changing color. I even look
forward to getting back to school... I hope that with the remaining days
of summer you will take advantage of the local happenings and get out and
enjoy the lazy days of summer that are left.
Please don't hesitate to let me know of events you are aware of.
Just keep in mind that I do have a deadline because we publish
the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month so I do need information
the Friday before or I can't include it.
****Please note our P.O. Box has changed from 521 to 333. The rest
of the address remains the same!
Don't forget you can sponsor an issue too! Just go to www.lonekeep.com/jscib and click on sponsor.
Until September 18th, smile and you'll feel better!

A SPECIAL NOTE FROM THE EDITOR
by Karen E. Jarosz ( Karen@lonekeep.com )
------------------------------------------------------------------
A friend and business associate of mine asked me to include the following for him. It is a
very worthwhile cause so if you can help
out we would all appreciate it!! Read on....
"You'll never guess what I am up to this time. I'm running a 26.2 mile
marathon in Ireland on October 30th as a member of the Joints in Motion team supporting
the Arthritis Foundation. My wife Lisa & I are running in honor of Lisa's grandmother,
Louise Drury, who suffered greatly and died from acute rheumatoid arthritis. I am further
motivated to help find a cure or advance treatment for the disease by the millions of
children & adults (43 million Americans alone) who have arthritis. Each member of our
team (155 New Jersey team members) must raise $4,000 for arthritis research. Please
support me in this effort. A prompt response is a crucial part to this process so I can
meet my fundraising deadlines. Please email me at r.a.hagerty@worldnet.att.net for sponsor
information. Thank you for your interest in our challenge. The Arthritis Foundation, Lisa
and I as well as all those who suffer from this painful disease will be grateful for your
support!
Sincerely, Lisa and Rich Hagerty
