A WORD OR TWO FROM ME
by Karen E. Jarosz ( Karen@lonekeep.com )
------------------------------------------------------------------
Thanks to Allaire Enterprises for sponsoring this issue! Check them out for some unique gift ideas!
Welcome to August! The dog days of summer. I don't know about this summer.
We have been fortunate not to have to many very hot and humid days! Before
you know it the cool breezes of autumn will be blowing. Before that happens
make sure you get a chance to go to the beach and enjoy the splendor of
the ocean, take in a concert at the Gazebo on the boardwalk or go to a
festival and take in some of the summertime food before the summer slips
away!
Please don't hesitate to let me know of events you are aware of.
Just keep in mind that I do have a deadline because we publish
the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month so I do need information
the Friday before or I can't include it.
****Please note our P.O. Box has changed from 521 to 333. The rest
of the address remains the same!
Don't forget you can sponsor an issue too! Just go to www.lonekeep.com/jscib and click on sponsor.
Until August 21st, peace...

A SPECIAL NOTE FROM THE EDITOR
by Karen E. Jarosz ( Karen@lonekeep.com )
------------------------------------------------------------------
A friend and business associate of mine asked me to include the following for him. It is a very worthwhile cause so if you can help
out we would all appreciate it!! Read on....
"You'll never guess what I am up to this time. I'm running a 26.2 mile
marathon in Ireland on October 30th as a member of the Joints in Motion team supporting the Arthritis Foundation. My wife Lisa & I are running in honor of Lisa's grandmother, Louise Drury, who suffered greatly and died from acute rheumatoid arthritis. I am further motivated to help find a cure or advance treatment for the disease by the millions of children & adults (43 million Americans alone) who have arthritis. Each member of our team (155 New Jersey team members) must raise $4,000 for arthritis research. Please support me in this effort. A prompt response is a crucial part to this process so I can meet my fundraising deadlines. Please email me at r.a.hagerty@worldnet.att.net for sponsor information. Thank you for your interest in our challenge. The Arthritis Foundation, Lisa and I as well as all those who suffer from this painful disease will be grateful for your support!
Sincerely, Lisa and Rich Hagerty
