The more sand that has escaped from the hourglass of our life, the clearer we
should see through it.

A WORD OR TWO FROM ME
by Karen E. Jarosz ( Karen@lonekeep.com )
-----------------------------------------------------------------
A "warm" thank you to SCAN for sponsoring this issue! They are located
at Monmouth Mall and are there for seniors. Check out their website
for activities they offer for the young at heart!
BRRR! Is it cold enough for all of you?!! Seems Old Man Winter is finally
here... Well, two weeks into the millenium and how are we doing with our
goals or resolutions? I am doing well. Hang in there!
I happen to pick the Quote of the Issue without realizing a connection.
It is ironic because in the past six weeks I have attended 4 funeral
Masses for people who were all to young to be going home. It has made
me realize that as I grow older I do see clearer that which really matters
and that life is fragile and we should be living in the moment... Well, enough
of the soap box! Please take some time to look over the Happenings and
check some out! I believe they are all indoor activities. But if you don't
get a chance to check them out be sure to take time out for yourself and
your loved ones. Rent a movie, pop some popcorn, make a nice dinner
and eat it picnic style, clean out the attic together, start a new hobby
or go to the library and just browse. Just enjoy!

Remember if you know of any upcoming events, please email me so I can include them for FREE.
We publish the 1st & 3rd Monday of each month. Don't forget you can sponsor an issue too!
Just go to www.lonekeep.com/jscib and click on sponsor.
Until February 7th, keep warm...
Karen

I was hoping you might be able to help me in finding out if there is a
Photography club in Monmouth County. I know that there is one for Ocean county
but would like to find one a little closer to home. I had spoke with
someone once and was told there was a photography club that met
in Colts Neck. I would be grateful for any help you might have.
