A WORD OR TWO FROM ME
by Karen E. Jarosz (Karen@lonekeep.com)
-----------------------------------------------------------
First, I would like to thank our sponsor, Jersey Shore Link Exchange! You can find our banner
on their banner exchange. I hope everyone had a good 4th! Except for the rain that washed out
the fireworks, it was great! Well, we are into the thick of the summer here at the Jersey Shore!
We have been lucky with the weather so far too! Not to hot, not to humid and not too much rain.
Just right for being outdoors and enjoying some local scenery and having some fun! There are lots
of things to do like the Monmouth County Fair and concerts as well as some indoor things like a
lecture at Barnes & Noble. I do so love this time of year because the possiblities are endless...
Well, enjoy and let me know of any area events I should include in the next issue.

In honor of our anniversary (Two years next month!), I'd like to do something for my readers.
We started a contest called "Triple Play!" The way it works is that in each issue I
may print an event or link three times. The readers who email me the correct event or link
and correct issue will be placed into a monthly drawing to win three issues worth of a sponsor ad, a $120
value!
Hence, the name "Triple Play!" You can email your entries to tripleplay@lonekeep.com and include the
event or link
and the newsletter issue number/date. See the "Triple Play! Contest" section for additional details.
The first drawing will be held the end of July, so get those emails in...

Don't forget you can sponsor an issue too. Just go to www.lonekeep.com/jscib and click on sponsor.
Until August 3rd, get out and enjoy the day!
Karen
