Quote of the Issue:

Most folks are about as happy as they make up their minds to be.

A WORD OR TWO FROM ME
by Karen E. Jarosz
---------------------------------------------------------------------
So how happy are you? Are you doing the work you really want to and does it mean something to you? Are you spending the time with your loved ones doing things that make you smile? Are you taking care of yourself so that you can be your best and be happy? All this may sound corny but as the quote says we are about as happy as we choose to be! So what makes you happy? It can be as simple as listening to a favorite song, buying fresh cut flowers for yourself or taking a walk. Maybe volunteering your time, visiting those who are ill or homebound or helping out at your local school makes you happy because you see the smiles that your efforts bring. Whatever it is that makes you happy be sure to make time to indulge yourself because who wants to be sad and gloomy? Sometimes all you need to be happy is to see someone smile! So be that person who smiles and you may just be spreading happiness...
Until March 3rd, be a ray of sunshine for others you meet,
Karen
