A WORD OR TWO FROM ME
by Karen E. Jarosz
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ahh, there is the hint of Spring in the air. The wind is not as cold and the daylight is
lasting a bit longer... The old saying is that March comes in like a lion and out like a
lamb. I think most folks are ready for it, too! Spring time means rebirth, renewal and a
feeling of being alive! So why not take part in something new like a local happening to
feel that sense of newness and being alive! Bring along someone you care for and make it
memorable!
Please feel free to email me and let me know if you particularly enjoyed something or know
of an upcoming event to be included.
Until March 15th, hang in there and smile because Spring is upon us!

I volunteer for the Monmouth County SPCA. A group of us volunteers have created a new 2004
"New Beginnings" calendar, featuring some of our happiest adoptions. I was
wondering if you would include the following blurb advertising this fundraiser. We were
able to get local businesses to sponsor the production of the calendar, so every penny
made goes directly to the animals. We are very excited! If you want, you can read more at www.monmouthcountyspca.org/calendar.htm
