A WORD OR TWO FROM ME
by Karen E. Jarosz
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well the Farmer's Almanac was correct in predicting the frigid temperatures and snow! The thing is that they have predicted a pattern of this sort of weather for the rest of the winter!! So in order to keep from suffering from Cabin Fever why not take in some Local Events? Try a concert to soothe your nerves or a lecture to learn something new? If you are into reading there are a few book discussions at Barnes and Noble in Freehold that I have included. I have also included some yummy food events such as the upcoming Chocolate Lover's Weekend in Ocean Grove! I have already marked down the 7th of February to head over to the Manchester Inn to sample some sinfully good chocolate... Whatever you choose remember to bundle up, take along someone to double the fun and smile because in 2 months it will be Spring!

Please feel free to email me and let me know if you particularly enjoyed something and do not forget to check out our sponsors for great gift ideas for the upcoming holidays!!!
Until February 2nd, stay warm and sane!!
Karen

Sliding textured insoles into your active footwear may help protect you from sprains and strains Nubby or textured insoles increase foot sensitivity and may help the brain gather important  information about body positioning. Researchers speculate that this extra information may help  people make subtle, injury preventing adjustments to balance, weight distribution, or gait when needed.

I volunteer for the Monmouth County SPCA. A group of us volunteers have created a new 2004 "New Beginnings" calendar, featuring some of our happiest adoptions. I was wondering if you would include the following blurb advertising this fundraiser. We were able to get local businesses to sponsor the production of the calendar, so every penny made goes directly to the animals. We are very excited!
