You give but little when you give of your possessions.

A WORD OR TWO FROM ME
by Karen E. Jarosz ( Karen@lonekeep.com)
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Thank you to our sponsors, Heart and Soul Holistic Center, Eastnet Consulting and
Shorespeakers Toastmasters. Hope
all are enjoying the spring weather we are having. Now is the time of year to get out and
enjoy nature. It
is a time when organizations sponsor walks and events to help those who need it. I have
listed some
of the areas events hoping that some of you may want to sponsor or attend an event to help
those
who need your help. It always feels good to know you have helped someone...
Until May 6th, stop and smell the flowers.

A SPECIAL NOTE FROM THE EDITOR
by Karen E. Jarosz ( Karen@lonekeep.com)
------------------------------------------------------------------
Is fear or anxiety taking over your life? Are you constantly worrying? Does
your heart race for no reason, causing feelings of panic? Are you having
difficulty sleeping, or are you feeling sad and blue? If so you may be one
of the 35 million Americans suffering from an anxiety or depressive illness.
You don't have to "tough it out" any longer. Fear and anxiety may come in
many forms, but luckily so does help. Anxiety and depressive illnesses are
treatable medical illnesses that do not have to ruin your life.
You can conquer fear, and all the symptoms that accompany it. Take the first
step and come in for a simple, confidential, free screening. Save the date of May 1st!
For a free screening in your community you can visit: Ocean Grove Family Chiropractic
Charlotte Ryan, LCSW located at 108 South Main Street, Ocean Grove, NJ 07756
Screenings will be available from 12 noon to 8 pm. Call: 1-888-442-2022
