Quote of the Issue
People are like stained glass windows:
they sparkle and shine when the sun is out,
but when the darkness sets in their true beauty
is revealed only if there is a light within.

A WORD OR TWO FROM ME
by Karen E. Jarosz ( Karen@lonekeep.com)
------------------------------------------------------------------
Thank you to our sponsors, Image Divas and Baby Your Body. I hope all are well and
beginning to put back the pieces... In the past few weeks I have been so proud and
happy to see more and more American flags displayed! I also have seen acts of kindness
and sense more sincerety among folks. It is just a shame that such a tragic event
had to occur in order for people to reconnect... So I propose we keep the feelings
of unity, kindness and compassion alive as long as we can! I know I have been trying
to be more thoughtful and more patient with my friends, family and especially my students
who are still trying to understand all this. I try to image what it would have been like
when I was in 3rd grade and this happened and how I might have felt. So be sure to make
time to reflect on all you have, be with your loved ones and hold them closer and reach
out to those who need you... Together we will rise again and overcome!
Until October 15th, be good to each other...
Karen
