A WORD OR TWO FROM ME
by Karen E. Jarosz (Karen@lonekeep.com)
-----------------------------------------------------------
Thanks to our sponsor, HomeChek! Halloween is just around the corner and pumpkins seem to be
everywhere!
Be sure to be on the lookout for trick or treaters. Also, be sure to check out some of the fall
and Halloween events taking place in the area! There are plenty.
Don't forget to take a minute to stop and check out the beautiful fall
foliage that is around us now, too. We at the Jersey Shore are lucky to
enjoy the splendor of the summer season but also the beautiful of the
autumn as well. So take a minute and take a look around. Go to the
park or drive the parkway or route 18 and take it in!
Don't forget you can sponsor an issue too! Just go to www.lonekeep.com/jscib and click on sponsor.
Until November 2nd, stop and look around you and see the beauty...
Karen

SPECIAL NOTE FROM THE EDITOR
by Karen E. Jarosz (Karen@lonekeep.com)

In the last issue we named the recent Lighthouse Award Winners! Hopefully, you may have taken a look
at the sites that won. If not they are still listed below in the Links section so be sure to check them out.
We are now opening nominations for the next set of awards to be chosen in January. The three categories
are: Best Business/Commercial Site, Best Community Information Site and Best Personal Site. If you
have a site that fits into one of these categories and is of a positive, helpful nature then be sure to
nominate the site. How? By going to www.lonekeep.com/jscib and clicking on Lighthouse Award. Then
fill out the form and that's it! You have nominated your site and it will be added to the nomination page at
the same site. Nominations will be accepted until December 31st so be sure to nominate soon. Thanks,
