A WORD OR TWO FROM ME
by Karen E. Jarosz (Karen@lonekeep.com)
-----------------------------------------------------------
Let me start by thanking our sponsor, Bill Rosen, a certified massage therapist in our
area! What better
way to rid of stress and relax then a soothing massage? Call Bill and try one today!!
Welcome to the dog
days of summer as they say! The days are hazy and the nights are balmy. Soon, the weather
will be cool
and the school bells will begin to ring. Before that happens, ask yourself have you gotten
out there and
enjoyed the day? Maybe a bike ride? How about a carnival or a lecture for the brain? We
all need some
time to relax and reenergize so why not do so at the Shore? Take a look at the Local
Happenings and pick
something to do. Get out there and enjoy the day before it is gone!
Congratulations to Cynthia Simons! She is our first winner in the TriplePlay Contest we
had in July!
Cynthia receives three issues worth of a sponsor ad! (A $120 value) We found the contest
to be fun and
received such positive response that we thought we would continue so be on the lookout in
the upcoming
issues for the event or link that is repeated three times. The readers who email me the
correct event or link
and correct issue will be placed into a monthly drawing to win three issues worth of a
sponsor ad, a $120
value! Hence, the name "Triple Play!" You can email your entries to
tripleplay@lonekeep.com and
include the event or link and the newsletter issue number/date. See the "Triple Play!
Contest" section for
additional details. The next drawing will be held in early September, so get those emails
in...
Don't forget you can sponsor an issue too. Just go to www.lonekeep.com/jscib and click
on sponsor.
Until August 14th, (Yes, that is not the 3rd Monday but the 2nd Friday but I will not be
available to send
it out on Monday so you'll get the next issue a bit early!) Enjoy!!
